DapraLab LLC (“DapraLab”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you interact with us, including through our website, advertising campaigns, lead forms, and communication channels.

Information you provide through our forms, booking links, and communication channels is handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Providing your details alone does not authorize every contact method. Our Business Needs lead form lets you choose Phone, Text, or Email. Choosing Phone or Text and submitting electronically signs the permission displayed for that selected option. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and Email is available instead. Your choice authorizes only that method.

• Any other details voluntarily provided
• Your selected contact method and permission record; for an agreed Rachel call, the recording, transcript, and written summary of your request.

• Pages visited
• Interaction with our ads or website
• Cookies and tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide consultations and communicate with you
• Follow up through the contact method you choose, within the permission you provide
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Deliver marketing and advertising content
• Analyze and improve our services
• Personalize your experience
• Run retargeting and advertising campaigns
• Develop and improve our AI tools and services
• Maintain security and prevent fraud

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers (Calendly, Meta, Google, SMS providers, CRM systems)
• Team members responsible for consulting and onboarding
• Third-party tools used to manage leads, marketing analytics, and client communication
• Legal authorities if required by law

For the Business Needs form, Meta processes your submission. We use Google services for lead and permission records and email communication. For Rachel calls, Twilio carries the telephone call, and ElevenLabs processes the AI conversation, recording, transcription, and analysis. The DapraLab team receives a written summary to review your needs and follow up about scope and pricing.

All third parties are required to protect your information.

4. SMS & WhatsApp Communications

We send SMS or WhatsApp messages within the permission you give for that channel and purpose. Submitting your contact details alone does not grant blanket permission for these messages.

On the Business Needs form, choosing Text and submitting authorizes DapraLab LLC to send automated text messages about the services you requested. It does not authorize WhatsApp messages or phone calls. Choosing Email authorizes email follow-up only. Message frequency varies with your inquiry, and message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also withdraw permission at mc@dapralab.com or by any other reasonable method. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4.1. Rachel AI Calls and Recording

When you choose Phone and submit the displayed agreement, you authorize DapraLab LLC to call your provided number using Rachel's AI-generated voice about the services you requested, and agree to recording and transcription. The DapraLab team receives a written summary. You can withdraw permission during a call, at mc@dapralab.com, or by any other reasonable method. You can choose Email instead, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

For new Rachel calls, audio stored in ElevenLabs is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. This audio setting does not automatically delete transcripts, written summaries, emails, or permission records, and does not change retention for earlier recordings.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the information we hold
• Request that we correct or delete your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent at any time

DapraLab does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years old.
